The questions the security team asks first

Does Dispatch train on my email?

No. Your messages are never used to train a model that anyone else touches. Drafting happens against your own sent mail, inside your own tenant, and the models we call are contractually barred from retaining anything we send them.

What happens to an agent when I close the laptop?

It keeps going. Agents run on our servers, not in the tab. If a follow-up is due at 07:00 on Tuesday it goes out at 07:00 on Tuesday, whether or not Dispatch is open anywhere.

Can I undo something an agent did?

Every action is logged with the reason it was taken, and every action is reversible for thirty days — filed, archived, snoozed, sent. A message that has already left can be recalled where the recipient's server supports it, and flagged where it does not.

Which mail providers work?

Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online today. Generic IMAP is in private beta and we will move you across when it ships. Migrating takes about four minutes and nothing moves off your provider — Dispatch is a client, not a host.

Do I have to give up my address?

No. You keep your address, your provider and your archive. Dispatch sits in front of them. If you stop paying, your mail is exactly where it was and nothing of yours stays with us.

How does billing work for a team?

Per active seat, billed monthly or annually, prorated when someone joins and credited when someone leaves. Nobody who has not opened Dispatch in a billing period is charged for it.
